Everything in life is about relationships — the ones we have with others and the ones we have with ourselves. As human beings, we seek connection. When relationships are strained or when they are good, they can have a very powerful impact on how we think, act and feel towards ourselves and others. I work with clients to help them achieve their goals for personal growth and relationship stability.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a particular emphasis in evidence based, systemic and culturally responsive practices. In other words, I give you tools to help you consider new perspectives and actions when encountering individual or relationship challenges. I’m here to support you in being your best and authentic self. I use a culturally responsive, service-oriented, and people-centered approach tailored specifically to you, your unique circumstances, and your needs to help you achieve your goals.
While we all are on our unique paths, none of us should have to navigate life alone. Sometimes we get lost, or reach an obstacle that’s hard to overcome. Sometimes we just need someone to help us get back on track. It’s my job to help you walk the path to be the best version of yourself for yourself, for those you care about, and for your community. And if you get a little lost, I can offer a fresh perspective.
If you’re ready to live a life that is vibrant and authentic, I am ready to walk your next journey with you! Reach out to our office and request an appointment with me.
